GRAPHIC DESIGN & VIDEO PRODUCTION

 

PROGRAM OUTCOMES:

Successful completion of the program will provide the student with:

 

KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS

  • Graphic design

  • Interactive media programming

  • Web design and webmaster skills and experience

  • Video production, editing and special effects

  • Live TV studio crew production

  • 2D and 3D animation and graphics

  • Digital photography

  • Audio recording and editing

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, etc.)

  • Advanced computer skills

 

CERTIFICATIONS POSSIBLE:

Adobe Certified Associate (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and InDesign), IC3 (Internet and Computing Core Certification), CareerSafe OSHA (10 hour)

Academic Day: 

Students may choose to remain at Mentor High School for program and required academics or return to home school for required academics.
