EUCLID HIGH PROGRAM LOCATED AT LINCOLN ELECTRIC

 

PROGRAM OUTCOMES:

Successful completion of the program will provide the student with:

 

KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS

  • Welding, SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW and OFC, PAC, Robotics

  • Cutting Operation—Oxyfuel, plasma and carbon arc

  • Pipe welding—AMSE, API and AWS

  • Welding quality control and destructive and non-destructive testing

  • Blueprint reading and interpretation of drawing symbols

  • Safety and housekeeping

  • Fabrication

  • Basic math, measuring, calipers and micrometer

  • Community Service Project

Suggested Preparation:

basic math skills and understanding of measurements

Junior Year:

Basic processes, theory, application and hands-on work pertaining to items listed under "Knowledge and Skills"

Begin earning certifications

 

Senior Year:

Mastery of junior year skills

Continue to earn certifications

Career readiness pertaining to "Related Occupations"

Community service experience (Capstone)

Academic Day:                     

Students remain at Lincoln Electric for program time only.  Students return to home schools for academics.
